Quartz Worry Stone

Made of quartz, this worry stone is intended to be held and rubbed between the index finger and the thumb to help reduce worry and anxiety. Quartz stone is wonderful for such things, with the energetic stone being said to help absorb other energies, or otherwise help direct and use them within your healing or magical practice. The stone measures approximately 1 1/2" by 1 1/4", with minor variations in size and shape.
